Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team. This role is essential in managing client relationships, overseeing strategy, and ensuring business objectives are met. Additionally, during renewal periods and slower cycles, you will be expected to contribute to sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities and upselling relevant services to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for client accounts, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, reports, and performance evaluations.
Identify upsell opportunities and proactively recommend additional services to enhance client results.
Drive sales efforts during renewal periods and downtime by prospecting potential clients and expanding existing accounts.
Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams, addressing challenges and opportunities effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
2+ years of experience in building and executing digital marketing strategies.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing analytics tools.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a client-focused approach.
